  • 1 ½ ounces of cinnamon simple syrup 
  • Splash of soda water
  • Garnish: sugared rosemary sprigs, pomegranate arils, or grapefruit slices

For the cinnamon simple syrup:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

For the sugared rosemary:

  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar

How to make the honey syrup:

  1. Get a saucepan and throw in the sugar, cinnamon sticks, and water. 
  2. Let it sit there until it boils, continue boiling it for 2 minutes. 
  3. Let it cool down and strain the finished syrup.

How to make the sugared rosemary sprigs:

  1. Combine water and 1 ½ cup of sugar in a saucepan, allow it to boil. While boiling, stir the mixture for 30 seconds until the sugar has completely dissolved. 
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the rosemary sprigs. Make sure the sprigs are completely coated and discard the excess syrup. 
  3. Let the sprigs settle on a wire rack and let it dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Coat the sprigs with the remaining syrup and let it dry for an additional hour. 

How to make it:

  1. Get a glass for your drink and fill it with crushed ice. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add in the tequila grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and cinnamon simple syrup.
  2. Shake it vigorously and pour the mixture into your glass. Top the drink with a splash of club soda. Stir it.
  3. Garnish the drink with a sprig of sugared rosemary, pomegranate arils, and a grapefruit slice. 
  4. Serve and enjoy.

4. Apple Business Cocktail
